1. Increasing the innovativeness of the company Mighty Koi Sp. z o. o. by developing an innovative tool for recreating the movements of key humanoid figures in created computer games and animations.


The aim of the project is to develop an innovative product, which will be a tool for recreating the movements of key humanoid characters in games and computer animations.


Two basic goals of the project

  • The primary, market goal is to create a tool that allows to recreate the movements of key humanoid characters in the created games and computer animations. The resulting product, containing both an IT and graphic element, will be offered on the global market of fantasy game studios.
  • The operational goal, which can also be treated as the first implementation, will be related to the use of this tool to create elements of the Night Wanderer game.

The gaming market is characterized by the fact that no element of automation of the animation process can be sold, as long as it is not implemented in any game, the buyer must see its use, functions, etc.

2. Development of an innovative product in the form of VR controllers based on a mesh of sensors to reflect the movements of the lower limbs, increasing motor activity among players.


The aim of the project is to develop a new product, which will be innovative VR controllers based on a sensor mesh.


Two basic goals of the project

  • The development of an innovative solution will take place as a result of research and development works carried out by a selected scientific unit consisting in the design and prototyping of a device which, thanks to the combination of existing and designed unique solutions, will have features that significantly distinguish it from the existing ones on the market. The implementation of an innovative product to the offer will allow for a significant increase in the competitiveness and innovation of the Applicant's enterprise, which will translate into an increase in sales revenues, and will satisfy the market needs for this type of equipment. The planned technology will fill a market niche in this regard.
  • An additional goal is to build the image of a pro-sports company that cares about the health and condition of its customers.

Development of an innovative tool based on spatial binaural sound to visualize the three-dimensional world, supporting the process of creating applications and games for the blind.


Two basic goals of the project

  • Increasing the Applicant's competitiveness thanks to the development of an innovative product, which will be a tool based on spatial binaural sound, supporting the process of creating applications and games for the blind and visually impaired. The project definitely stands out on the market of computer games and applications with its innovation, because so far there has been no dedicated tool for the production of this type of games and applications.
  • Commercialization of the project / tool for creating games and applications among developers and accelerating / automating the processes of their creation in order to increase the quality of life of blind and partially sighted people. The aim is also to build the image of the Applicant as a disabled-friendly company.

Development of a tool for generating virtual communities, managed by artificial intelligence, inhabited by individuals with individual characteristics, behaviors, reactions and interaction methods, in order to increase the realism of virtual worlds and computer games.

The subject of the project is to develop an artificial intelligence system for creating social environments in virtual reality. The system was tentatively named AIBE. The system`s capabilities include generating virtual characters, simulating realistic behaviors (including group, individual and dialogues) and interaction with the user. According to the analysis of competing products, it will be the first solution of this type on the market that will hit the target group (gamedev studios) the tool will be sold and downloaded from one of the largest distribution channels - Unreal Engine Marketplace. It can also be successfully used by the creators of educational software using virtual reality (VR), augmented reality (AR) or other forms using electronically generated characters and environments. In order to increase the scope of possible use of the invention, additional extensions in the form of generating dedicated to a given stylistic category (realism, selected historical period, fantasy, science fiction) will be possible from the side dedicated to the AIBE solution. The main element of the design work will be the development of integrated artificial intelligence systems simulating virtual environments and managing the generated community. The social ecosystem created by artificial intelligence will be created on the basis of programmed rules of social behaviorism, social engineering and individual characteristics based on a set of personality traits, emotional states (in this area, one of the models proposed by the state of cognitive science research will be indicated as the most likely). The project consists of 4 stages, including 3 industrial research and 1 task related to development works. After their completion, the project will achieve at least level IX of technological readiness, which will allow the Applicant to implement it into the offer and start generating revenues.

Design and development of a tool named "Familiar" for creation and management of artificial intelligence of animal companions in video games


The subject of the project is the development of an innovative tool for the creation and management of artificial intelligence of animals, including primarily animal companions, taking into account individual behaviour systems, animal characteristics, reaction systems and interaction methods in order to increase realism and immersion in modern computer games and virtual reality products.

The capabilities of the system will consist of the generation of high-quality 3D models and characters of virtual animals, including their behaviour and reaction to stimuli, possibilities of interaction with the environment and other encountered characters (protagonists and NPCs). The system will be complemented by a motion animation generation system.

According to the analyses carried out by the Applicant, this will be the first solution of this type on the market, which will reach as a product to the target group (game developers, gamedev studios) as a tool sold and downloaded, among others, through one of the largest distribution channels - Unreal Marketplace.

The applicant intends to create a tool that will allow the creation of artificial intelligence of various animals, simulating and managing them in leading development environments, with a particular focus on the Unreal Engine 5 game engine.
